Archery Camp is a recreational program like summer camp, but ALL YEAR!
Starts with a two-hour indoor Intro to Archery shooting orientation, clinic, and rotation of arcade events (must register, equipment included. Minors must be with an adult). Held Tuesday or Thursday: 3-5pm or 5-7pm
It is all about FUN (with structured learning games based on USA Archery’s EXPLORE ARCHERY program) and provides a fun way to get active, athletic and focused.
Our ARCHERS QUEST award system allows you to progress through achievement ranks and skill awards, all while learning about the archery community.
After the Intro class, You will be issued an ARCHERS PASSPORT ID entitling you to enjoy for a year any of our Texas Archery Academies (indoor ranges Tuesday-Sunday) for a range fee of only $5; and FREE for a year, our Elm Fork outdoor archery range on Saturdays (10am-3pm) – practice or get an animal safari course in (use your own equipment or check out loaners, replace lost arrows – $3 fee. No crossbows or broadhead points. Must wear ARCHERS PASSPORT ID and sign in with range officer. Minors must be with an adult. ). This is an annual pass for discounted access (50% in most cases) to multiple ranges around the area and state (indoor and outdoor) and discounts on equipment at participating archery pro shops,,,more details at http://texasarchery.info/archers-passport .
