Our authorized instructors have been background screened by USA Archery, and successfully completed the Safe Sport training program; a United States Olympic Committee requirement for all USA Archery coaches. (loaner equipment provided if needed). No unauthorized instructors are allowed to teach at our facilities.

Guest Coach permission: Student archer must have a current TAA membership. Guest Coach must be level 3 or higher and Coach can not live within the DFW area. No more than 4 sessions in a month. $25 range fee per session. Credentials need to be approved prior to lesson by emailing coach’s board. Any lessons over the 4 allowed, they would need to go through the procedures for becoming a TAA coach.

If you are a certified archery instructor interested in teaching and would like to discuss being added to our network please contact Clint@TexasArchery.info There is an Instructor Agreement required for authorization to teach at our facilities. Future candidates wanting to teach at the Academy must be Level 3 or higher.
